Caregiver

Caregiver should wake up early before patient work up from bed and she/he should be get ready for duty.
Caregiver should knock the door and enter the patient room and greet (good morning) to patient and family member and wake up the patient.
Open the door and window and make her /him to sit on chair and clean the bed and bed sheet.
Give the water to drink to the patient after some time, take the patient to washroom to get fresh up (personal hygiene: toileting, bathing, oral care, nail care, hair care and dressing and grooming).
Caregiver should give morning empty stomach medication to the patient and check the vital signs.
Provide bathing and breakfast and medication to the patient, after some time make her /him to walk. After that caregiver will have breakfast.
Provide musical therapy, game activities, exercise, yoga and meditation to the patient, also take her/him to holy place (temple, church).
Ready the patient for lunch and afternoon medicine, give to eat lunch give her/him to take the rest for 1hrs.
Get ready for tea and snack after that do exercise of the patient.
Allow the patient to spend with her family member.
After that prepare him/her for dinner, give the food to eat, after 15min provide medicine to the patient.
Arrange the bed and fill the water in bottle and keep near to the patient’s bed side.
Take the patient to washroom, after that make her/him sleep. After that caregiver will have dinner and sleep.
Midnight once check the patient for any requirement.
