Life Circle is establishing training centers across India to skill and employ school dropouts and young adults in geriatric caregiving. We are currently seeking a mobilization coordinator with 3-5 years of experience in mobilization for skills training.
The ideal candidate should have the ability to manage mobilisers and mobilizing partners, with a focus on achieving annual training targets. Responsibilities include developing relationships with mobilisers, government bodies and NGOs.Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:· Proven skills in mobilization for GDA/Similar healthcare roles.
· Worked on DDUGKY or similar projects
· Dedication to reaching the annual training target of training 600+ students as geriatric caregivers across training facilities each year.
· Cultivate and sustain relationships with reputable NGOs for mobilization.
· Align team objectives with the organizational mission.
· Create strategies for mobilization
· Recruit, train, supervise and manage mobilisers across India to meet targets
· Coordinate with local government and non-government entities, including obtaining necessary approvals.
· Ensure adherence to Life Circle Quality Management Systems and Policies.
Qualifications and Experience:
• 3-5 years in the mobilization for skills training
• Can speak Telugu, Hindi and English fluently
• Good speaking and presentation skills
• Basic functional computer skills
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 – ₹30,000.00 per month
