How to Request an Account Deletion
Step 1: Prepare Your Account Details
Before requesting an account deletion, have the following in hand:
- Full Name (as given when creating your account)
- Registered Phone Number or Email Address
- Account ID (if this is relevant to you)
- Reason for Deleting Account (not mandatory, but useful to enhance our services)
Step 2: Submit Your Account Deletion Request
You can send your request for Account Deletion from:
- Email: admin@lifecircle.in with “Account Deletion Request” as the subject, and include your details.
- Online Support Form: Go to our Customer Support Portal on our site and fill in your account deletion request.
Step 3: Verification & Processing of Your Account Deletion Request
Our support team will perform the following once they receive your request for Account Deletion :
- Check your identity to avoid unauthorized deletions.
- Check if there are outstanding services, payments, or active subscriptions before processing your account deletion request.
- Complete your account deletion request in 7-10 business days, and notify you by email
How to Request an Account Deletion
- Permanent Erasure of Data: As soon as your Requesting for Account Deletion is completed, all personal information, service history, and medical records will be permanently erased.
- Pending Transactions & Services: Settle all pending services and payments before requesting account deletion.
