What is the probation period at Life Circle Health Services?
The probation period is three months, extendable or curtailable based on performance and conduct.
How is salary paid and when?
Salary is credited via bank transfer or cheque on or before the 5th of every month.
What are the working hours?
Standard work hours are 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM, Monday to Saturday, with a 30-minute lunch break. 2nd and 4th Saturdays are holidays.

Employees are eligible for Casual Leave (12 days/year), Sick Leave (12 days/year), and Earned Leave (15 days/year) as per policy.

Yes, Life Circle reimburses the premium for employee health insurance as part of its wellness support.

Employees must maintain strict confidentiality about all company, client, and operational information, even after employment ends.

No. Employees must devote full working hours exclusively to Life Circle.

Either party can end employment with one month’s notice or salary in lieu thereof, as per company policy.
