- Conducting classes as per the curriculum provided on Geriatric care.
- Good at using audio visual and activity-based training.
- Conduct the practical classes for procedures and cross check if the candidates can understand the same.
- Motivating health care workers for geriatric home care profession during the course.
- Orient the health care workers on personal and general hygiene and importance of the same.
- Explain to the candidates on the process to follow the customised patient care plan.
