Key Responsibilities
  • P&L Ownership: Manage budgets, control costs, and optimize resources to ensure profitability of home healthcare operations.
  • Service Delivery Oversight: Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of caregiving, nursing, therapy, and other home-based services.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and manage a cross-functional team of care coordinators, managers, and field staff.
  • Process Excellence: Drive SOP compliance, operational standardization, and continuous improvement across all verticals.
  • KPI Management: Monitor and act on operational data including service fulfillment, client retention, caregiver utilization, and customer satisfaction.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, training, HR, clinical, and customer care teams to deliver seamless services.
  • Crisis & Escalation Management: Resolve service issues swiftly with a solutions-first mindset.
  • Recruitment & Training: Build high-performing teams by participating in hiring, training, and performance management.
What You Bring
  • 5+ years of experience in operations, with at least 3 years in home healthcare, eldercare, or chronic care services.
  • Proven track record of P&L ownership and delivering operational targets.
  • Strong leadership with experience in managing large teams and field operations.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and people management skills.
  • Deep understanding of care logistics, service workflows, and compliance frameworks.
  • Proficiency with operational dashboards, CRM/ERP tools, and reporting systems.
Preferred Qualifications
  • MHA / MBA (Healthcare Management preferred)
  • Prior experience in healthcare delivery at scale, ideally in homecare settings
  • Familiarity with digital tools used in care coordination, telehealth, or patient monitoring

About the Role

As a Field Recruiter (Mobilization Officer), you will lead community outreach and recruitment efforts to enroll youth in our professional caregiver training and placement program.

This role requires regular field visits, collaboration with local stakeholders, and candidate engagement via phone and digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Community Outreach & Partnerships

  • Identify and engage with local NGOs, SHGs, Panchayats, and youth groups to generate leads.
  • Represent CareVidya Academy at job fairs, community events, and training awareness drives.

Digital & Telephonic Sourcing

  • Promote training opportunities through WhatsApp, Facebook, and local job forums.
  • Make outbound calls in Kannada and Hindi to explain the program and motivate participation.

Candidate Engagement & Support

  • Maintain regular follow-up with leads and assist them through the application and onboarding process.
  • Help with form filling, document verification, and training orientation coordination.

Reporting & Documentation

  • Maintain accurate records of outreach and recruitment efforts using Excel or Google Forms.
  • Submit weekly updates to your reporting manager.

Job Summary: As a Care Manager at Life Circle Health Services, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional care to our senior clients by effectively coordinating between them and our home healthcare professionals. Your responsibilities will include managing client cases, supervising healthcare workers, and conducting home visits to ensure the highest standard of care. The minimum educational qualification required for this position is a GNM/B.Sc (Nursing)/BMLT degree.

1. Placement and Deployment of Home Health Workers: Ensure the appropriate assignment and replacement of home health workers to meet the needs of our senior clients.

2. Gathering and Analyzing Feedback: Collect and assess feedback from clients and their families to continuously improve our services.

3. Patient Care Plan Development and Updates: Collaborate with healthcare professionals to create and maintain personalized care plans for each patient.
