Job Summary

We are looking for a Finance & Accounts Manager to manage banking, payments, compliance, reporting, and cost control functions. The role requires strong financial discipline, confidentiality, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Banking & Payments

  • Execute bank payments (online & cheque).
  • Manage internet banking, cheque books, and bank coordination (OD, FD)
  • Daily bank balance and payment reporting

Statutory & Compliance

  • Shops & Establishment license renewal for all branches
  • Coordinate audits, returns, and company secretary compliance
  • Safekeeping of company seals, licenses, and CEO digital signature

Payments & Cost Control

  • Salary processing (Keka), staff expenses, advances & recoveries
  • Vendor, consultant, health worker, and client refund payments
  • Petty cash management and expense verification

Assets & Procurement

  • Asset purchase and maintenance of asset registers
  • Stationery, SIM cards, laptops, mobiles – purchase, allocation & return

Reporting & MIS

  • Monthly & quarterly MIS for CEO and Board
  • Monthly accounts report and budget vs actual tracking
  • Daily application and bank debit/credit verification

Other Responsibilities

Qualifications & Skills

  • CA / CMA / MBA Finance / M.Com
