Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
• Attend to enquiry calls promptly and speak to callers in a persuasive and informative manner, ensuring they receive the best information available.
• Follow up on cases until their conclusion, providing ongoing support and updates to patients.
• Direct callers to the appropriate contact person within Life Circle Health Services.
• Guide patients through the payment process, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free experience.
• Handle receipt and dispatch of couriers and perform related clerical duties according to the department to which assigned.
• Keep accurate records of calls placed and received, maintaining a detailed log of patient interactions.
• Collaborate with other team members at Life Circle Health Services to ensure comprehensive patient care and satisfaction.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
• Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Telugu.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficient in using computer systems and office software.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team at Life Circle Health Services.
