Senior Process Executive

Position Overview:
As a Process Executive at Life Circle, the candidate will be responsible for customer satisfaction as well as healthcare worker welfare. You will be working closely with the other departments within and outside the organization, that provide support in the process of verification, etc., to ensure seamless documentation of the client service as well as the healthcare worker details.

Job Responsibilities:

Staff Management:

  • Process onboarding paperwork and verifications for new staff members.
  • Monitor staff attendance and address discrepancies.
  • Manage payroll for healthcare workers, including monthly payments, deductions, and shift rates.
  • Maintain staff data, including leave updates, replacements, and terminations.
Client Management:
  • Handle accounts receivable, including invoicing, collections, and ensuring timely payments.
  • Provide accurate and up-to-date financial reports.
  • Maintain detailed client records.
  • Address client inquiries and resolve any disputes.
  • Monitor accounts for past due payments.
Enrollment and Service Management:
  • Document new client enrollments, placements, and replacements.
  • Update service status and manage the refund process (if applicable).
  • Follow up on client payments and ensure timely collections.
  • Deposit payments and maintain monthly cash flow records.
Qualifications:
  • Strong computer skills and experience with data entry.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • A plus: Accounting qualification and experience with bills receivable.

Pay Scale: ₹22,000.00 – ₹25,000.00 per month
